Bracing the Top of the Box in Arenacross and Supercross to Start 2016!
Jason Anderson and Gavin Faith win opening rounds
No matter what series or sport it is, the first round/game is always so hyped, so magical, and so big for whoever takes home the victory. For the Atlas Brace family of athletes that took Supercross and Arenacross by storm this weekend, it was one for the memory books. It keeps the tagline, “anything can happen” very bright in our minds.
Rockstar Energy Husqvarna rider Jason Anderson showed the world that hard work and belief can make dreams come true. “I felt good all day,” added Anderson. Other then the ghost ride in practice where I shot into the staging lane, my night was awesome. I got a little nervous after the restart due to the Bubba/Dungey incident, but once I found my lines I just cruised with a good flow for the entire 20 laps. This win means a lot. I work hard, but a win shows how it pays off. That red plate will look sweet on the white bike for san Diego.”
Over in the smaller buildings across America, the Amsoil Arenacross kicked off in Cincinnati, Ohio where Atlas athlete Gavin Faith rode to 2-3 finishes scoring the overall win. “What a weekend. I’m so happy,” shared Faith. “You’re always unsure if you’re ready going into round 1, but everything worked out. I got good starts, hit my lines, stay consistent and came away with the red plate.”
